4-Bedroom Family Home – Goromonzi

Novus Habitat Africa successfully provided full project management services for the construction of a four-bedroom family home in Goromonzi, developed on a compact 300 square metre residential stand.

Our role covered the project from start to finish, coordinating each stage of the construction process to ensure that the works progressed in an organised, efficient and properly managed manner. This included coordinating contractors and artisans, monitoring progress on site, managing construction activities across the different stages, facilitating material and procurement requirements, and ensuring that the various trades worked together in line with the overall project programme.

Given the relatively compact size of the stand, careful coordination was particularly important to make effective use of the available space while maintaining the functionality and comfort expected of a modern family home. The project demonstrated how proper planning and professional project management can help translate a client’s vision into a completed residence, even where site space is limited.

From the early construction stages through to finishes and final completion, Novus Habitat Africa remained involved throughout the journey, providing the client with a single point of coordination and oversight.
